Gasthaus Goldener Stern
German
A three-generation family Gasthaus that shifts gears after noon, going from casual lunch spot to something closer to considered dining by evening. The modern-but-cosy room earns a Michelin Bib Gourmand on the strength of hyper-local sourcing, named farmers and all. Bavarian classics get careful treatment here, the slow-braised beef arriving with pretzel dumplings and cold-stirred lingonberries. In summer, the beer garden handles the same menu, almost.
