A rustic dining room inside the Krone, run by the same family with the kind of ease that comes from genuinely caring about the room. This is a country restaurant doing regional home cooking, the sort of place where trout from the Odenwald shows up in a cider and herb sauce and the menu quietly slips in a Mediterranean note or two without making a fuss about it. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. The terrace in summer is the best-kept non-secret in town.
