Georges Blanc
Classic French
The crêpes Vonnassiennes alone have been justifying the pilgrimage to this small Bresse village for decades. Georges Blanc is grand French country dining in the fullest sense, a two Michelin star estate where the chef still wanders the room signing menus, apparently delighted to do so. Bresse chicken is the calling card, the wine list is a document requiring a sit-down, and the village outside is lit at night like someone staged it.
