Chef Gabriela Chamorro spent years flying Emirates routes before trading the cabin for a supper club in her own home, which eventually outgrew the living room and landed here: a Central American restaurant inside the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel, ranked among MENA's 50 Best Restaurants. Terracotta walls, a birdcage bar, and an open kitchen carry the warmth of that original setup into something considerably more spacious, with pupusas and clay-pot short ribs doing the heavy lifting.
