A cha chaan teng, the classic Hong Kong-style café, transplanted to Busan by someone who opened the place purely out of love for the city. The dishes lean Korean in seasoning, but the tomato noodle soup is deeply satisfying and the condensed-milk-glazed bread is hard to argue with. Nai cha and iced lemon tea round out a menu that reads like a Hong Kong fever dream filtered through a very affectionate lens.
