A farmhouse restaurant that has been in the same family for what feels like forever, tucked into the Slovenian countryside and running tasting menus built around whatever the kitchen garden and surrounding region produce. Trout, rabbit, pork with horseradish mousse, plum cream, vegetables grown out back: the cooking is rooted but not stuck. The wine list leans hard into Slovenian bottles, which turns out to be exactly the right call.
