Gregans Castle Restaurant

The Burren rolls up to the windows here, which is reason enough to ask for that table when you book. This is the dining room of a country house hotel, formal enough for candles and open fires, relaxed enough that nobody's stressed about it. The kitchen leans on its own kitchen gardens and local lamb that does its own convincing. Cosy bar, sitting rooms, the whole thing.
