The booths are upholstered in grey, the menu is split into Earth, Land, and Sea, and the herbs probably came from the kitchen garden that morning. Grey's is the more relaxed dining room inside Whatley Manor, serving globally minded small plates to guests who'd rather not sit up quite so straight. On Sundays it pivots to a traditional roast, which feels both incongruous and completely right.
