The teak-furnished Yacht Lounge upstairs is a nice red herring: the name says pub, the room says something else entirely. This is a polished seafood restaurant a short walk from the quayside in Poole, with a refined nautical trim that stops well short of kitsch. The kitchen leans hard into the local catch, and the wine list pulls in nearby producers chosen to go alongside it rather than upstage it.
