Gundari

Folegandros sits between Santorini and Paros and gets a fraction of the traffic, which is more or less the point. Gundari is a clifftop resort of 27 suites and villas built from rock quarried on the property, low enough that it barely interrupts the skyline. Every suite spills onto a private terrace with an infinity pool and sea views that make leaving feel like a poor decision. The spa, the farm-to-table restaurant, and a swim-up pool are there when the deck eventually loses its appeal.
