The dining room at this Michelin-starred restaurant inside the Baglioni Resort looks out over a manicured garden and pool, which sets the tone pretty well. The chef, Claudio Sadler, brings a modern Mediterranean fine dining menu that moves between classical and contemporary without making a fuss about it. A vegetarian tasting menu runs alongside the main offering. Resort guests in linen fill most tables, but the food is doing its own thing regardless.
