A listed manor house surrounded by old-growth trees, with a beer garden that looks out over a small lake and a kitchen that takes farm-to-table seriously enough to make its own spreads, sauces, and brandies. The cooking is seasonal and regional, and the same family has run the place forever, which shows in how the food is sourced. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
