A working farm in the Sierra de Gata mountains that also happens to be a boutique hotel, with 12 rooms whose clean contemporary interiors sit behind a classic stone farmhouse facade. Parquet floors and wicker furniture warm the look, some rooms have freestanding tubs beside the bed, and there's a hammam with thermal baths. Outside, the estate raises an unusual Retinta-Wagyu cattle cross, which ends up on the restaurant menu.
