Classical French
Set in a heritage winery homestead on the northern outskirts of Perth, Harry's is a French restaurant run by two brothers whose parents' artwork lines the walls. The chef came up under Michel Roux Snr at the Waterside Inn, and classical technique is the whole point here: this is the kind of room where you slow down, and the pacing makes that easy. The Australian Good Food Guide awards it Two Chef Hats.
