Near the Eckmühl Lighthouse on the tip of Brittany, this modern restaurant is run by a couple who grew up here and make no effort to hide it, which is a compliment. The chef builds refined, sauce-forward plates around whatever the local boats brought in, scallops from Finistère and shellfish sitting alongside earthy emulsions. The room is cool whites, greys, and gold. Evenings get more ambitious; lunch is the gentler entry point.
