A former monastery outside Zenderen, converted into an upscale French restaurant where the kitchen draws almost everything from the grounds around it, including vegetables from the garden, pigs reared on site, and cheese from the neighboring creamery. The chef builds a set menu you compose yourself from classically anchored dishes, the kind of place where the sourcing does the talking and the service knows the wine list cold.
