Tucked beside the Weingut Josef Fritz wine estate, this one-Michelin-star creative restaurant runs a set menu that leans heavily plant-forward, with meat and fish woven in. The chef posts that day's ingredients on a board, which is a nice touch and slightly disarming. The courtyard herb garden does real work on the plate, and the wine list runs deep on Austrian bottles, the Fritz selection especially.
