Set inside one of the oldest buildings in the country, in Radovljica's pedestrianized old town, Hiša Linhart is a contemporary tasting-menu restaurant built around the produce and recipes of the surrounding region. The team holds a Michelin star and offers menus of five, seven, or nine courses, each shaped by local tradition and reread with a light modern hand. The nearby chocolate festival is, for what it's worth, an actual local institution.
