Perched on a hilltop inside Baden-Württemberg's oldest nature reserve, this farmstead restaurant occupies what was once the estate's dairy, which gives the dining room an honest, unhurried character. The kitchen runs farm-to-table with regional foundations and occasional Asian detours. Book a terrace table if you can, because the views across the hills do a lot of heavy lifting. The converted barn next door holds hotel rooms if you're not in a hurry to leave.
