A 17th-century stone house in the village de Gaulle called home, though the kitchen shows no interest in looking backward. This is a Michelin-starred modern French restaurant where the chef's years in Marrakesh, London, and New York show up quietly on the plate, alongside venison, turbot, and sweetbreads sourced with obvious care. The set menu is cheekily named after a de Gaulle speech, which is about as nostalgic as the place gets.
