    Rügen is not Ibiza, and the AM Meer & Spa is clearly fine with that. This 60-room hotel sits on Binz's beachside promenade, almost every room angled toward Prorer Wiek Bay, most with a private deck for catching the sea air. The maritime theme is there, oak flooring patterned like driftwood, coral-shaped lamps, but applied lightly. A private beach is steps away, and a spa handles whatever the beach couldn't fix.
