Gothic beamed ceilings sit alongside bespoke furniture made from the building's own reclaimed wooden slats at this eight-room hotel, a former trading house at the foot of Hall in Tirol's Old Town. The town was named for salt, and much of that trade passed through this building, which has been quietly updated with contemporary greys while keeping its Baroque moldings and centuries-old stone walls intact. Breakfast is served in the original hall beneath an 18th-century stucco ceiling.
