    The name does most of the work: winery, spa, golf course, all on one property in the Empordà between Girona and France. It's a 55-room resort that somehow feels more boutique than sprawling, with sleek modern interiors softened by warm natural materials. A casino and a preserved Carmelite convent round out the amenities, because why not. The Michelin-starred Castell Peralada restaurant sits inside a 14th-century castle on the grounds, which sets a certain tone.
