A Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant in a century-old building on Praga's quieter bank of the Vistula, where the chef has a habit of delivering dishes to the table himself. Two menus to choose from, both built around technique and serious sourcing. The cooking moves from delicate opening snacks through to a surf-and-turf that swaps the clichés for ribeye and crayfish.
