HUBERTUS Mountain Refugio Allgäu is a 66-room ski lodge near the Austrian border, done in alpine wood and honest materials without the fussy chalet-boutique flourishes. Slow Food-inspired meals go out on the terrace with mountain views doing the decorating. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
