A tucked-away courtyard on a pedestrian street gives this Michelin-starred Italian-Mediterranean restaurant its name and, in good weather, its best seats. The chef has been running this old Mulhouse building as a personal project for long enough that regulars treat it like a neighborhood secret that somehow got out. The cooking is precise and Mediterranean-leaning, with a strong Italian accent and the kind of technique that doesn't announce itself.
