    Terrace tables on a pedestrian square in the old town set the pace here, and it is slow by design. Il Giardino del Gusto is a cozy, classically decorated restaurant where the kitchen leans hard into Ligurian seafood but keeps a tasting menu devoted entirely to vegetables, which is either charming or quietly stealing the show. A few meat dishes round things out. The kind of dinner where lingering feels mandatory.
