A family-run restaurant in Passignano's historic centre, right where the village pokes out into Lake Trasimeno, Il Molo has been around forever and leans hard into what the lake provides. Request a window table when you book and you'll eat fish pulled from the water you're looking at. The à la carte sits alongside tasting menus, and the kitchen moves between traditional Umbrian and something a little more contemporary without making a fuss about it.
