    Five tables inside exposed stone walls, birdsong piped through the room, and a Michelin-starred tasting menu built around Provençal ingredients, the kind of small restaurant that makes you feel like you stumbled onto something. The chef thinks in themes, pairing olives with olive wood, plants with seafood, the menu growing longer if you want it to. Barbentane is a quiet village, and Ineffable fits that register without being sleepy about it.
