    Terracotta tiles and exposed beams run through an elegant villa in the Limburg countryside, where the terrace looks out over some of the greenest hills in the region. This is a set-menu French restaurant, the kind where one couple runs the room, one in the kitchen and one at the door, and the coordination shows. The cooking leans into local sourcing with enough Espelette and nduja to keep things lively.
