A 350-year-old plane tree shades the terrace at this winery restaurant on the Isabey estate outside Izmir, where the vines run mostly to Sauvignon Blanc and the kitchen runs to Mediterranean cooking that takes its time. Lamb appears in more than one form, and the wine list is the estate's own. The kind of lunch that makes the afternoon disappear, which is probably the point.
