Kerry Hill Architects designed this "business resort" to feel genuinely open, spreading rooms across a low, landscaped campus rather than stacking everything into a tower. The pool, spa, and handful of restaurants make it self-sufficient, which is fortunate, since the city center is a taxi ride away.
