    Eat 84

    An Art Deco building surrounded by open Dutch polders is a pretty good place to eat French food, and JanZen leans into both the setting and the cooking. This is a polished restaurant with à la carte and a chef's surprise menu that runs toward intricate plating and clean, bright flavours. The room feels relaxed rather than stiff, and the front-of-house keeps it that way.
