Jean-François Piège devised the Mediterranean and Italian-leaning menu, so the food keeps pace with the address. Valet parking on arrival, a large attentive staff, and DJ nights confirm this is Saint-Tropez doing what Saint-Tropez does, earnestly and at volume.
