    A Michelin-starred dining room inside the Engel resort in the Dolomites, where wood, stone, and local materials give the space a warmth that doesn't feel designed to death. The chef's table doubles as a spot for aperitifs served by the chef personally, which sets the tone: attentive without being stiff. The kitchen leans into alpine ingredients and seasonal vegetables with enough technique to make the restraint feel intentional. The sommelier knows the regional wine list cold.
