Rafa Zafra built his reputation on an obsession with the sea, and at this seafood restaurant on Cala Jondal's shoreline, that shows. The fish comes grilled, raw, cured, fried, and salted, with a serious caviar program running through the menu. The clientele leans toward the sort of people who arrive by boat and already know each other. Book well ahead in summer, when a table here is more competitive than it sounds.
