The menu shifts almost daily around what small local farms and the kitchen garden deliver, so the cured duck or the root vegetable dish you read about probably isn't what's coming. The Australian Good Food Guide awarded it a Chef Hat. Dress smart-casual and bring someone who drinks wine.
