A Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant tucked at the end of a small road on the island of Bornholm, open only from May to early October. The beach-cabin dining room looks out over wild dunes and sea, and the kitchen leans hard into what the island and its own garden produce, cycling through around fourteen courses that swing from startlingly simple to quietly intricate. Come for the long meal; the terrace alone is a good enough reason to make the ferry crossing.
