Käserei
Swiss
The dining room is a former cowshed, which sets the theme before you've even sat down. This cozy fondue and raclette spot inside a hotel in Brail leans hard into its heritage: cheese fondues, raclette, capuns, and fondue chinoise fill out a menu that has never once pretended cows aren't the point. Cheesemaking demonstrations run some evenings, and there's a shop if you'd like to carry the enthusiasm home in wax-sealed form.
