Wedged between Baja desert and open ocean an hour from Cabo, Kimpton Mas Olas is an adults-only boutique resort that seems designed to make you forget the outside world exists. Whitewashed adobe rooms come with private terraces and daybeds, most face the sea, and many add plunge pools or outdoor showers. Four pools, an oceanfront bar, a spa, and three restaurants mean the grounds are the destination. The Sierra de la Laguna mountains complete the view.
