A six-room boutique hotel inside a medieval house that a local family pulled back from dereliction, deep in the old walled city of Rhodes. The connection to the Knights of Saint John is still readable in the bones. It runs more bed and breakfast than full hotel, which means breakfast is excellent and your hosts have opinions about the island. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
