Konoba Buščina
Mediterranean
A farmhouse trattoria tucked into the village of Bušćina, close enough to the Slovenian border that the countryside feels genuinely between worlds. The kitchen works through Istrian classics, Boškarin beef and truffle and langoustines, without making a fuss about it. Service is warm and unhurried, the wine list is taken seriously, and the olive oils get their own moment. Come hungry, come early, and don't expect to rush anywhere after.
