This is fine dining inside Hotel Sonnhof, rooted in herbs, berries, and roots foraged from the surrounding mountains, with a complexity that never loses the flavor underneath it. A kitchen table for up to fourteen seats the adventurous directly in the action. Two Michelin stars.
