    Tucked behind the arch of Enfield Chambers, this compact Japanese small-plates and skewers spot holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The charcoal grill does most of the talking, turning out skewers that smell like they mean it. No bookings, so the lunchtime crowd forms early and moves fast. A courtyard terrace softens the urgency once you're in. The kind of place where the bill arrives and you quietly do the math twice.
