A whitewashed stone farmhouse in the Lubéron that grows its own wine and keeps an oenologist on staff to explain it to you. This Provençal hotel gets the balance right that most miss: antique furniture sourced locally, contemporary pieces mixed in, and staff who are polished without hovering.
