Tucked inside the Royal Savoy, it runs on old-world timing: polished service, French-leaning cooking, a wine cellar tended by a duo of sommeliers who know every bottle. The menu moves through seasonal market courses with the unhurried confidence of a room that has never needed to impress anyone, because the regulars already know.
