Old oak rafters and bare brick walls set the tone at this farmstead restaurant outside Binche, where the terrace leans into the rural setting as hard as it can. The chef sources local produce with the dedication of someone who has been doing this a very long time, and the menu is squarely classic Belgian, steak-frites-and-pepper-sauce country. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which feels about right for a place this unfussy and this comfortable in its own skin.
