A stone house in the center of L'Escala with a patio-terrace that does a lot of the heavy lifting. The chef coined his own term, "market bistronomy," which sounds like marketing until the food arrives, and then it sounds accurate. Set menus lean on local Mediterranean ingredients filtered through a French sensibility, and the front of house runs with the kind of warmth that makes you slow down. A Michelin Bib Gourmand.
