An old stone dairy turned rustic restaurant in a village the region knows better for its handwoven blankets. The dining room keeps the rough-hewn bones and adds a loom that's been around longer than the country itself. The kitchen leans into traditional Leonese cooking, with Cocido Maragato, the region's signature layered stew, available by pre-order. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and there are a few guestrooms if you'd rather not drive back to Astorga.
