    The dining room sits inside a half-timbered building where the old pelota court ticket windows are still part of the decor, which sets the tone nicely. This is a Michelin-starred modern tasting menu restaurant in Hasparren's village center, run by a chef and pastry chef duo who build multi-course surprise menus around local Basque produce. Ask for a seat facing the open kitchen, and the whole thing becomes a proper evening out.
